Are you surviving or thriving?

The Mental Health Foundation in the UK is running Mental Health Awareness Week from May 8-14.

This year, rather than focus on a specific mental health issue, the Mental Health Foundation is asking why so few of us are living with good mental health.

The Mental Health Foundation says good mental health is more than the absence of mental illness. Good mental health means we are thriving mentally, rather than just surviving.

And, the foundation says, with the stressful lives we lead far too many of us are suffering from poor mental health.

Throughout the week, the Mental Health Foundation will look at how we can cope with the demands of our lives while developing good mental health.

Follow Mental Health Week on the Mental Health Foundation’s website.

Are you suffering from stress or anxiety? Take some time out to relax and follow this anxiety relief session.
