Diabetes can be a devastating disease, but it does not have to be. Careful management is the key to living with diabetes and to make this management easier we hold a free monthly diabetes club.

The club ensures our diabetes patients have access to the very best support, information and treatment.

The friendly meetings give club members a forum to share their concerns and experiences, and to receive monitoring and advice. The club is run by a highly experienced, specialist diabetes nurse.
